Our customers can rest assured that every Elegraph Print will be carefully packaged in reinforced boxes and will be shipped with trusted courier brands to ensure your artwork is looked after all the way from our framing workshop to your front door.

14 Day No-Questions Return:

Although our customers love their artworks, we understand that it’s human nature to change our minds now and again, so we have a 14-day No-Questions return policy.

Simply contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your Elegrapgh Print and we’ll email you some simple return instructions and will arrange for a courier service to collect your re-creation.

Once we've received your returned Elegraph Print we'll immediately refund the full cost of your order, minus the shipping costs. It is also the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping cost for the return of the print. 

Damaged items

Our packing experts will make sure each Elegraph Print leaves the framing workshop carefully packaged and secure, however, accidents can happen. If your print arrives damaged, get in touch with our support team right away and we’ll put things straight.
