alta customers can rest assured that every Elegraph™ print will be carefully packaged in reinforced boxes and will be shipped with trusted courier brands to ensure your artwork is looked after all the way from our studio to your front door.

Please note all packages are shipped from Richmond, BC Canada. We use ‘signature required’ delivery service and tracking information will be emailed to customers. 

Note - We are unable to ship to APO, FPO or PO box addresses.

• Canada and USA* = FREE SHIPPING, Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days
• Western Europe including Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK = USD$275, Estimated delivery: 6-10 business days

Customers outside of Canada will need to cover all additional charges such as customs, duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office in the destination country for information regarding any applicable duties or taxes. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to provide an estimated cost. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this information. Customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred if the package has been refused customs clearance.
